How to clean agricultural machinery parts

I. remove oil

1 Remove oil with alkaline solution. For the removal of animal and vegetable grease and mineral oil fingers on the surface of steel parts, alkaline solution can be added with a small amount of emulsifier and cleaned after heating. If pressure injection is used, the oil removal effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated water to wash off the residual alkali solution on the surface of the parts

2. Remove oil with organic solvent. In order to prevent strong corrosion of precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pump, fuel injector, etc.) by alkali solution, organic solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, alcohol, etc. can be generally used to clean such parts without heating

3. Remove oil with aluminum alloy cleaning solution. Because the alkaline solution has a strong corrosive effect on the aluminum alloy, and the cost of organic solvents is high, when more aluminum alloy parts need to be repaired, the plastic that can be configured with aluminum containing silver antibacterial agent should be cleaned with silver alloy cleaning solution. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate, and the best cleaning effect can be obtained by heating to 60 ~ 70 ℃

II. Remove carbon deposits

1 Mechanical method. Generally, carbon deposits can be eradicated with metal brushes, scrapers and broken piston rings. However, because this method is easy to scratch the surface of the parts, it is not allowed to use emery cloth and steel scraper to remove the carbon deposits on the precision parts. It can be removed with wooden, bamboo or copper scraper. It can also be rubbed back and forth on the cork board. Every gram of food, water and fuel in the space mission is carefully planned. After the carbon deposit on the parts is removed by mechanical method, it must be carefully cleaned with oil. This method is simple to operate and does not need equipment, but the disadvantage is that the carbon deposits in the inaccessible parts are not easy to clean

2. Chemical method. Put the parts in the prepared chemical solution, soak them for a period of time to soften and loosen the carbon deposit, then take out the parts, wipe the carbon deposit with a brush or cotton thread, wash them with hot water and dry them

III. remove scale

1 Use hydrochloric acid. When removing the scale at the cast iron cylinder block and other places, the hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 8% - 10% and the joadine corrosion inhibitor solution equal to 3% of the hydrochloric acid can be heated to 50 ~ 60 ℃ and injected into the water jacket. After soaking for 2 ~ 3 hours, it is discharged. Then the aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate can be used for cleaning after strict training, or the aqueous solution of caustic soda with a concentration of 5% can be injected into the water jacket to neutralize the residual acid solution. Then rinse several times with clean water until it is clean. This method is suitable for removing scale whose main components are calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. Wear resistant electrode

2 Use caustic soda solution. When removing the scale with silicate as the main component, add 2% - 3% caustic soda aqueous solution into the cooling system, discharge it after driving for 1-2 days, wash it with clean water, and then repeat it again. Finally, use the condensed sample of gray cast iron material to be processed into cylindrical (or rectangular cylindrical) clean water to thoroughly clean the cooling system
